With the win, the Oilers improved to a record of 44 wins, 23 regulation losses, and nine losses in extra time for 97 points. In 2022-23 Skinner has a record of 25 wins, 14 regulation losses, and five losses in extra time. For McDavid, it was his NHL-leading 61st goal of the season, NHL-leading 144th point, and fourth shorthanded goal, which is the second most in the NHL.
