MDFR said that City of Miami Fire Rescue also assisted with fire operations and that foam was used to place the fire under control. Authorities said crews were able to knock down the main body of the fire with the master stream nozzle mounted on the yacht. According to Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, crews responded to reports of a boat fire around noon near the Coral Gables Waterway in Biscayne Bay.
