Several Tim Horton's customers had a prize stripped from them this morning after a technical glitch told them they won $10000.

If you believe you’ll miss the “rolling up” part of the experience, worry not. Canadians still have until April 2 to enter the contest and win a prize. The Canadian restaurant chain made this change in 2021, however, the message seems to have flown right over customers’ heads. You no longer have to physically roll up the rim and tear your prize. Customers are now encouraged to use the Tim Hortons app or a Tim Rewards card when they purchase an item in order to earn a digital “roll” and win select prizes. This prompts the question, is it still considered “Roll Up to Win” if there’s no rolling involved anymore?
