UPDATE – Over 5900 without power (Energeticcity.ca)

B.C. Hydro reports a power outage in Fort St. John and the area affecting over 1700 customers that has been caused by a vehicle collision.

It is not known at this time if anyone was seriously injured in the accident. Power went out at around 7:45 p.m. Hydro reports a power outage in Fort St. UPDATE as of 10:20 p.m. – Hydro has updated the restoration time to 2 a.m. UPDATE as of 12:05 a.m.
