Environment Canada says it will issue freezing rain warning as the extent of the storm becomes clear. "The storm is going to begin as snow in time for the morning rush hour on Wednesday morning and then as you get into the afternoon and early evering hours, transition into a mixture of freezing rain and ice pellets and then will become straight freezing rain," Coulson said.
