Despite snowfall warnings for much of southern Ontario, most school boards have decided to remain open Wednesday. However, afternoon buses may see delays.

Some exams and some other activities are postponed until Thursday. District School Board of Niagara: Schools are open. Halton Catholic District School Board: Sports practices, after school clubs, programs and meetings have been cancelled for the remainder of Wednesday. All buses are running as scheduled. Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board: Schools are open until 6 p.m. Freelton, Greensville, Lynden, and Carlisle branches will close at 5 p.m.
