LAYTON — Police issued an Amber alert Tuesday afternoon for a 13-year-old Layton boy apparently kidnapped by a man Monday night. The alert said the teenage.

“It looks like they met and have gone somewhere.” Travis Lyman said the boy’s parents recently reported that they became aware of concerning communications between their son and the man. They may be en route to Arizona or Texas, the alert said.
