Kang the Conqueror

Marvel's first trailer for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania reveals Kang the Conquer's blue face and armor, confirming his classic comics style.

While the Kang seen in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania might not be the same version seen in 2025's [Avengers: The Kang Dynasty](https://screenrant.com/tag/the-avengers-5/), the classic blue face, and armor strongly suggest he could be the primary variant audiences will interact with in the MCU going forward. The blue "skin" is simply a part of said technology. Although it looks as though Kang the Conqueror has blue skin in the new trailer for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, he is, in fact human. Born in the 31st Century, Kang was a scientist who learned to harness time itself, making it his mission in the comics to conquer time and build an empire spanning multiple eras. Likewise, this new style helps establish Kang as a new variant compared to the version audiences were first introduced to in the MCU.

Majors' Kang is preparing to be the next Thanos-level villain in the MCU, and he'll likely pop up next in Destin Daniel Cretton's “Avengers: The Kang Dynasty.” ...
