Singer Britney Spears has clarified a post she made about Christina Aguilera's dancers, saying she did not mean to body shame the entertainer in her upload.

Spears fans questioned whether she made a dig at fellow singer Aguilera after an Instagram caption discussed the latter's backup dancers.

The superstar has spoken before about being insecure when it comes to her body, and she opened up more about that in her post, saying that her words were simply “a projection” of those insecurities, which come from having her parents and the media talk about how she looks.
