The complete installation at the site near City Furniture will include four wireless antennae, two microwave dishes, and a canopied equipment compound containing two accessory outdoor cabinets on a concrete pad. The city can only act as a referral agency and is not a decision maker. Freedom Mobile is also proposing two additional towers that are outside of city limits.
