Kim Richards' "RHOBH" casting tape revealed she once called a woman a "fat cow" for insulting her niece Paris Hilton.

Although it seems Kim will not be returning to the “Housewives” world, her and Kyle’s half-sister, Kathy Hilton, who is Paris’ mom, joined the cast as a “friend” for Seasons 11 and 12. She and Kyle were known to butt heads while appearing together during Seasons 1 to 5 before Kim transitioned to a guest role for Seasons 6, 7, 9 and 10. Cohen’s “WWHL” guests, Kyle Richards, who is Kim’s sister and former “RHOBH” co-star, and “Saturday Night Live” alum Chloe Fineman, loudly gasped as the footage played, with Kyle, 53, opening her mouth wide before grimacing and shaking her head.
