These exciting developments are also corroborated by BBC Sport, who are reporting that Arsenal are close to completing a move for Vieira to the tune of £34.2 million. Personal terms are said to be agreed with a contract drawn up until the summer of 2027 and Vieira will reportedly undergo medical tests on Friday to get the deal over the line.
