The Flash star Ezra Miller continues to get themself mixed up with the law, but it appears the courts cannot locate and serve the actor.

These grooming allegations have been added to the ever-growing list of legal run-ins Miller has faced in the past couple of years. The protective order also orders Miller to stay 100 yards away from the family's home during this 30-day period. Most recently, Miller was accused of grooming a teen from North Dakota, in addition to emotionally and physically abusing the teen.

Ezra Miller met Chase Iron Eyes' family in 2012 when Tokata Iron Eyes was 9 and Miller was 19, according to Tokata Iron Eyes' mother Sara Jumping Eagle.

Chase Iron Eyes, co-director and lead counsel for the Lakota People's Law Project , is an activist for Native American rights. On social media, Tokata Iron Eyes called their parents’ action a “blatant betrayal” and toxic. Jumping Eagle also claimed in the post that Miller controls Tokata Iron Eyes’ social media accounts. “I am an adult and I deserve to feel authority in my own body.” Chase and Tokata Iron Eyes also protested the pipeline. However, officials haven’t been able to find 29-year-old Miller and serve the documents to the actor, Jumping Eagle said in a Facebook post.

Attorney Chase Iron Eyes and his wife Sarah Jumping Eagle claimed in court records that Ezra Miller was “psychologically manipulating, physically intimidating, and endangering the safety and welfare of Tokata Iron Eyes.” According to The LA Times, Tokata’s parents are claiming that Ezra Miller and their 18-year-old “remain on the run”.
