Simiso Buthelezi, fighting in a bout on Sunday, appeared disoriented and began punching an imaginary opponent. He was in coma before dying Tuesday.

Simiso Buthelezi has died from a brain bleed following his fight in Durban, South Africa which saw him visibly disoriented in the ring.
