The video, titled “The Inside Outtakes” quickly trended on YouTube and became the number one trending video within a day of it being released. The special explored his struggles as an artist cooped up throughout the pandemic, and became an immediate viral success with songs like “Bezos I” taking over platforms like TikTok. And if you haven’t seen the original, let me be the latest in what’s likely a long line of people to annoyingly insist that you absolutely must give it a watch and tell you for the millionth time that it’s extremely good and relatable. (Some of the content is pretty easy to place in time, though — like one of the new songs with the lyrics “they’re really gonna make me vote for Joe Biden?”) Burnham also says he’ll be releasing a deluxe version of the Inside album “soon,” which will hopefully include the new songs.

As the name of the collection of deleted clips suggests, the video, which was released on YouTube, features over an hour of shots and videos that did not make the final cut of the Netflix special.
