The Customer Service Office on Chatham Street West will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., but the sales office on North Service Road East is closed. There will be no parking enforcement on Windsor streets Monday, and metered parking will be free. Devonshire Mall is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, Tecumseh Mall is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Windsor Crossing outlet mall in LaSalle is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. All City of Windsor arenas, community centres, and pools are closed Monday, with the exception of the advance polling stations at the WFCU Centre and the Gino and Liz Marcus Community Centre, in advance of the provincial election.
