Sytch was arrested on Friday and is facing nine charges relating to a March 25 car accident where a 75-year-old man was killed. The third vehicle was southbound on United States Highway 1. He has been identified as Julian Lafrancis Lasseter of Daytona Beach Shores, Florida.
