Nonetheless, two Star Wars-liveried jets remain in ANA's fleet today, with these also resembling some of the franchise's most iconic droids. This particular color scheme was applied in September of that year to a Boeing 777-300ER registered as PT-MUA. This came to an end earlier this year when it removed JA789A, a 12-year-old Boeing 777-300ER whose livery resembled the astromech droid BB-8, from its fleet. The 737, which was originally delivered to Continental Airlines in 2001, wore the livery until February this year. According to ATDB.aero, the aircraft (N36272) received its special livery in November 2019. As seen in the featured image at the top of the article, United Airlines has used one of its Boeing 737-800s to advertise the popular movie franchise.

Fans from across the world often post their Star Wars celebrations online, with many poking fun at the beloved franchise. The phrase originated in Star Wars: A New Hope, with many fans attributing it to the Jedi Master known as Obi-Wan Kenobi. However, the first person to actually say "may the Force be with you" was General Dodonna, one of the Rebel leaders who says the phrase when dismissing his troops. On May 3 that year, Margaret Thatcher was elected Prime Minister of England, and her party, the Conservatives, took out an advertisement in the London Evening News (a paper that was later absorbed by the Evening Standard) that read: "May the Fourth Be with You, Maggie. Congratulations."

The earliest use of this play on words dates back to 1978, one year after the release of 'A New Hope', where American newspapers cleverly used the phrase in the headlines on Independence Day on the 4th July. The reoccurrence of this phrase in the movies gave way to the saying, 'May the 4th be with you'. As most fans know, the fourth day in May become known as Star Wars Day because of the play on words it has with the phrase, 'May the force be with you,' used by Jedi Masters throughout the franchise.
