Sounds like a bit of a grudge match. The official synopsis continues: “Plucked from a federal pententiary and recruited by his handler, Donald Fitzroy, Gentry was once a highly-skilled, Agency-sanctioned merchant of death.” Groovy. Written and directed by The Russo Brothers, the sibling duo behind a bunch of Marvel's best superhero flicks (not least Captain America: Civil War and both of Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame) The Gray Man is Netflix's biggest blockbuster yet, with an eyewatering $200 million budget.
