Meanwhile, SaskPower says it is aware of multiple power failures in the southeast. According to the Highway Hotline, the affected highways include Highway 18 from the junction with Highway 9 to the Manitoba border, Highway 9 from Carlyle to the junction with Highway 1, Highway 13 from Carlyle to the Manitoba border, Highway 48 from the junction with Highway 47 to the Manitoba border, Highway 1 from Whitewood to the Manitoba border, and Highway 8 from the Canada-U.S. border to the Qu'Appelle Valley. Among the affected highways are the Estevan truck bypass, Highway 39 from Midale to North Portal, Highway 18 from Oungre to the junction with Highway 9, and Highway 47 from the Canada-U.S. border to the Handworth Road north of Stoughton. All these affected highways cut through Estevan.
