Tien Ly, 46, has been identified as the deceased woman found by officers on Monday afternoon, her remains discarded inside a bag left near Eastern Ave. and Berkshire Ave. Police said there were “obvious” signs of trauma to her body, including dismemberment.

Further, investigators want to communicate with anyone who drove by the area of Eastern and Birkshire avenues between 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on Monday, March 28 and has dashcam video. They’re also asking anyone who saw anything or anyone with video footage to get in touch.
