Greg Hardy has issued a statement following his nasty knockout loss to Sergey Spivak at tonight's UFC 272 event.

UFC heavyweight Greg Hardy is looking forward and not backward following his lopsided defeat to Serghei Spivac at UFC 272.
He then faced a new opponent in Spivac and the fight was pushed back to UFC 272. After Spivac got the top mount on Hardy, he landed a series of violent ground-and-pound combinations to finish the fight. Hardy came out firing a series of brutal leg kicks that successfully landed on Spivac in the opening minutes.
Hardy is now on a three-fight losing streak with all of those defeats coming by stoppage.

When Hardy entered the UFC, it was with a lot of hype and tons of potential. Honestly, bro, Greg Hardy paved the way for all you boys, so you are welcome, for sure. To make things even more interesting, this was the final fight on his UFC contract. The same can't be said for Hardy. This loss throws his future in the organization into question. Perhaps even worse for Hardy was the lack of progress shown in the fight. That said, the progress needed for this level is so far missing.
